Space Assignments: The AIAWHV Foundation, Inc. event committee shall make virtual exhibitor space available upon receipt of application and payment, but reserves the right to assign spaces as it deems best for the event. Whova provides engagement and contact information on all booth visitors. EXPO booths will be available for weeks after the event for participants to visit any booths they missed.

Continuing Education Seminars: * This event will include a continuing education program for licensed architects. If your company has an AIA approved program and you would like to offer it, please describe below. Package sponsors are guaranteed a CES seminar.

Set-up: Exhibitor set-up will begin on Whova prior to event, An email notice will go out giving you access to the platform to set up your booth. We advise you set up booth as soon as access is allowed. A tutorial is available and additional help if needed.

Common Courtesies: Please show respect for the event and fellow exhibitors. Have set-up complete prior to start, and maintain at least one active person at the booth while the Exhibit Hall is open. Be a good neighbor throughout the event.

Vendor Responsibilities: All advertising/promotion shall be in good taste; (our judgment shall be final.) Only the designated spaces shall be used for product and service promotion.

Passport Booths:  Exhibitors participating in the Passport Contest provide a digital stamp to visitors that makes them eligible for raffle prizes. Participants earn points for each booth they visit. Diamond, Gold, Silver and Bronze Exhibitors are automatically enrolled in the Passport Contest. EXPO participants are required to visit ALL Diamond, Gold, Silver and Bronze Exhibitors to be eligible for Raffle Prizes.

Participation in the Passport Contests costs an additional $100 for Single Booth Exhibitors. Additional Raffle Prizes will be provided for EXPO participants who visit all Passport Booths.
